YOU were bound for the appearance of Edwd. Barnes< no role >
at March Session last, at the GUILDHALL, in King-
Street, in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster , but not ap-
pearing, your Recognizance became forfeited; and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution will
proceed for the levying 20 Pounds on your Goods and
Chattels; unless Care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an Appli-
cation for a Respite at the next Session, which will begin at the
GUILDHALL , in King-Street aforesaid, on Thursday the
13th. Day of June next.
