Take notice That I shall personally appear at the
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden at
Guildhall
in King Street Westminster
in and for the said City
and Liberty on Thursday the Third day of January next and
shall then and there plead Not Guilty to the above Indictment
by you prefered against me, and shall Traverse the Trial
thereof until the then next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden for the said City and liberty And further
take notice Bail will then and there be put in for me herein
and will Justify themselves in Open Court And that the
names and Additions of the Bail are Thomas Shaw< no role >

Queens Elm Brompton in the County of
Middlesex
Gentleman
and Edward Higgins< no role >
of Vine Street
in the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
in the said
County Coal Dealer, And they are the Same Bail as were
Bail for me herein before the Magistrates for my personal
Appearance at the next General Quarter Session of the
peace for the said City and Liberty Dated this 29th. day of
December 1798
