The parts of Kesteven
In the County of Lincoln}


to wit At the General Quarter sessions of
the peace of our Sovereign Lord< no role > the King
held at Folkingham in and for the said Parts
in the first week after the close of Easter to wit
on Tuesday the Seventeenth day of April in the
Thirty eighth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third by the Grance of God of Great
Britain France< no role > and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith andsoforth And in the Year of our Lord
1798 Before George Pochin< no role > Edmund Turner< no role >
Joseph Lawrence< no role > Esquires The Reverends John
Myers and Edward Waterson Clerks and afterwards
Continued and held by adjournment at new
Steaford within the same parts on Thursday to
wit the nineteenth Day of the same Month Before
Sir Thomas Which cole Barnet The Honourable
Henry Fane< no role > and others Justices of our said Lord
the King to keep the Peace within the Parts
aforesaid and also to hear and Determine of and
Concerning the several Felonies Trespasses Contempts
and other Misdemeanors Committed within
the said Parts assigned and soforth

In Pursuance of the several Acts of Parliament made
for assessing and Rating the Rates and Prices of Carriage of
Goods, to be brought by Land Caveidge into any place within
the Limits and Jurisdiction of the Justices It is Ordered
by this Court and by His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace
here present That no Common Waggonover or Carrier shall
demand or take from this time until the next Easter
