Joseph Smith< no role > now a Prisoner in Tothil
Feilds Bridwell maketh Oath and
Saith But Yesterday being Thursday
the Twelfth of His Instmt. He was
Committed from the [..] office in
Marlborough street to taken his Trial
on the alone prosecution at this
present session and this Deponent
further saith next in consequence
of the very that nine he has been in
custody He has not been alle to
take the necessary measured for his
Depence and next he was material
witnesses to produce Wit her where
Testimony He this Deponent cannot
safely procud to trial and that Etc
has no doubt for that be Mr to procure them
7th next sessions for the said City
