James Brown< no role > of the Little Sanctuary in the Parish of
Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Victualler Maketh Oath that he was present and did
see Richard Riches< no role > the above named Prosecutor sign
and Subscribe his Name to the paper Writing hereto
annexed on the day of the Date thereof By which said
annexed Paper Writing the said Richard Riches< no role > agreed
to release the above Defendant of and from the above
Prosecution and thereby Consented that the Recognizance
entered into by him and his Bail might be totally
discharged And that the name James Brown< no role > set
and subscribed as Witness to the signing the said
annexed paper writing by the said Richard Riches< no role > , is of
the Proper Hand writing of him this Deponent
