James Westminster in the County of Middlesex Maketh Oath that some
time on or about the Month of September on thousand Seven hundred
and SeventytwoOne She this Deponent procured John Foster< no role > of the said
Parish of Saint James Carpenter to enter into a Recognizance [..] her
Appearance at the Sessions held in October then following, On a Con [..]
exhibited against this Depot. by one Elizabeth Fletchers< no role > And this Depot.
Saith that a Bill of Indictment having been found by the Grand Jury
against this Deponent (as she has been informed and believes) She this
Deponent, made all diligent Search for the said Elizabeth Fletcher< no role > by
enquiring at Several different Lodgings, where She this Deponent had been
Informed the said Prosecutor lived, in Order to give her Notice tothe
try the Traverse at the then ensuing Session, but this Deponent hath
never Since been able find the said Prosecutor by any means
whatever a though she has done every thing in her Power for that Purpose
