maketh Oath as
follows
and saith that alsofive or six a days
afteron Sunday the Second day of October
last and severall times before he visited

on Account of the Wounds alledged to be
given by the Defendants Cowen and Conway
and this Deponent farther saysth that upon
examining the said Carlisle
he had received
a superficial would in the Breast not
half an Inch in an oblong and also a
slight wound on the Shoulder of no
consequence both which are healed and
the said Carlishe has been abroad And this
Deponent farther sayth that the wound
in the Breast did not peicetrate into the
Cavity of the Thorax
and coud not therefore
produce any Dangerous consequence, the
superficial wound in the Shoulder being
Nisliag and this Deponent farther
also sayth that to the best of his Judgment
the said Carlishe is now totally out of
Danger
