ties. Dated January 16, 1746.

Detained by the same, on Oath of the said Jonathan, Bendall for assaulting,
and rescuing from him a Person unknown, whom he had fast hold of
for stealing a wooden Box, containing several Things of value, from
a Cart belonging to William Robinson< no role > , standing at Charing-Cross , and
for want of Sureties. Dated January 20, 1746.

Detained also, by Richard Manley< no role > , Esq ; on Oath of John Green< no role > , for steal-
ing a pair of Sheets, a cloth Coat, and a pair of cloth Breeches his
Property. Dated February 13, 1746.
