indicted at the Sessions of Peace, held for the City and Liberty
of Westminster , for assaulting and beating Rupert Smith< no role > , and
for want of Sureties. Dated January January 10, 1746.

Feb. 20, 1746.


2 Margaret Gosdon< no role > , committed by John Poulson< no role > , Esq ; on Oath of James
Bellis, for stealling a Shirt, a Gown and three Caps his Property
found upon Her. Dated January 13, 1746

Sent as above.

Detained, being charged on Oath of Ann Hinshman< no role > , for stealing two A-
prons value eighteen Pence, her Property. Dated January 13, 1746.

Duckett, on a violent Suspicion, of stealing a Pair of Buckskin-Bree-
