Oath that a person who calls himself
Alexander Stuart< no role > did about eleven
of the clock last night Feloniously steal
O take away a pair of Boots wth a
pair of spurs in the State of William
Bennes in Brewer Street in the parish
of St: James O this Informt: says he
found the stall door open O the said
Boots upon the legs of the said Alexander
Stuart

Secondly William Bennet< no role > Maketh Oath
that the aforesaid Boots O pair of
Spurs were feloniously stolen O taken
in his Stall being of the value of ten
shillings
