The Examination of Catherine Aleburton< no role > aged nea [..] forty
Years apprehended as a Rogue and Vagabond on the Ste [..] of
the Parish Church of St. Martin in the Fields within the [..]
of Westminster in the County of Middlx and brought be [..]
me one of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the
Liberty aforesaid this 18th. day of September 1742

Who upon her Oath saith she is the Widow of John Aleburton< no role > who
[..] d on the 26th. Day of January last at Nownham in Glouses to [..] he
that she was married to him in St. Bennet 's Church by Doctor Cornmons
twenty five Years ago that he was by Trade an Ironmonger and
lived in and rented an house on Bristol Back next to Confoction [..]
in the Parish of St. Nicholas in the City of Bristol in the
Counties of Gloucester and Somerset or one of them of upwards of
Thirty Pounds P Annum Rent. that he continued therein three Years
or thereabouts that he quitted the same about twenty one Years
[..] re [..] House or Apartment of the yearly Rent
of Ten Pounds a paid any Parish Taxes afterwards.
