to an order of Sessions of ye third of
October: 1716: Do humbly Cerifie to this
Worll. Court as follows Vizt.
That the Respective Constables a
have had directions to make Return
to this Court of all disorderly houses
and other Nusances Comitted within ye
Said City & Libty. pursuant to ye above
mentioned order and one other order
of Sessions of ye Sixteenth of Aprill 1718
I have taken a veine within the several
Parishes as ye said order directs:
That in Obedience to ye order of a
Sessions of ye Seventh of July 1720: I have
Issued out my precepts to ye petty Constable
within this City & Libty
And I do further Certifye that all
the Rules and orders made by this
Worshipfull Court Shall be effectually
put in Execution by Sr.
