in General Quarter Session assembled
The Report of ye Committee in ye fore going order named
The sd Committee having met to consider of the matters to them
referred & taking notice of ye Direction to them given to certifie their
opinions, touching such parts of the Enquiry as they could be ready
with by that time, upon a very short day: Did therefore agree to go
first into ye Consideration of ways & means to defray the charged
of carrying on the prosecution of ye presentment mentioned in the Order
to the end the said presentment might be prosecuted at ye ensuing teem
if this Court shall think fett. And after some debate upon that
Subject came to ye following Resolution Viz
Resolved
That it is ye opinion of this Committee that as ye matter
of ye sd Presentment is a publick concern The publick moneys of
this City & Liberty ought to be applied to prosecute the same
