that the said Indenture is void in Law And thereupon it is they
fit and Ordered by this Court that the said Amey Westbury< no role > be and
whereby absolutely discharged from the said Indenture of
Apprenticehood to the Said Richard Scarlett< no role > And wee whose hands
and Seals are hereunto Sett your of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said Liberty (quor unus) being present in Sessions have
Pronounced and declared and do pronounce and declare that forth
cause and reasons aforesaid wee have discharged the said Amey
Westbury of and from the said Indenture of Apprenticehood to the
said Richard Scarlett accordingly And it is further ordered by the
Court that the said Richard Scarlett< no role > and Elizabeth his Wife do
forthwith on notice hereof deliver or cause to be delivered unto the
said Diana Westbury< no role > all the wearing Cloaths linnen and other
things belonging to her said Daughter in the Custody of the said Richard
Scarlett and< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his wife as they will answer the contrary at them
perill Dated this said three and twentieth day of April Anno Did
1720.
