his liveing and to free the Inhabitants of the said Parish of St Margaretts Westmr
from any charge touching the mainetenance of the Said Child And it alsoe
appearing to this Court that the Said John Couyer< no role > to whom the Said Child was
placed out as an Apprentice as aforesaid was in very meane circumstances
and had not a bed to lye on & was not of Ability to provide for the Said Child
Soe that the Said Child being Soe Young as aforesaid Would in all probability
be starved or come to Some other will if not taken from the Said Conger And
the Said Conger not Appearing before this Court altho he had notice Soe to
doe to Shew cause why the Said Child should not for the reasons aforesaid be
discharged from the Said Indenture of Apprentice to him the Said John
Canyer And this Court haveing fully examined the Said Matter and had
due consideracon thereof Doth think fitt & order that the Said Child Richard< no role >
Meredeth be and he is hereby discharged from his Said Indenture of
Apprentice hood to the Said John Conger and that he be delivered to the
care of the Said John Blunn< no role > to be by him brought up and putt out to
Some honest trade or calling as lie Shall think fitt And the Justices
of the peace for this Liberty whose hands & Seals are hereunto Sett
(qnoz unus) being prsent in Sessions have prouounced and declared and
doe pronounce and declare that for the reasons aforesaid they have
discharged and doe discharge the said Richard Meredeth< no role > from the Said
Indenture of Apprentice hood to the Said John Conger as aforesaid dated
this Said thirteenth day of August 1718
