of January last were read and approved.

The Minutes of the Proceedings of the several Meetings of
the Grand Committee held since the 17th. day of January last were
also read and approved.

The Treasurer's Accounts ending the 31st. day of December
1809 which had been duly audited were approved and allowed.

Esquire deceased .

The Eight following Gentlemen were chosen to join
with the four standing Auditors to Audit the Treasurer's
