brought to it within two Hours from their falling into
the WaterWe beg Leave Likewise to submit it to
your Consideration wether it would not be proper in
Order to encourage the Diligence and Attention of such
as may be in the Way of Saving a drowning Person to
give a Premium to Him or Them who take a Man out
of the Water without any signs of Life another to those
who bring Him to the Hospital

We will not presume to affix the Premium the
following Proportions may probably have the desired
Effect.

To those who get a Man out of the Water within Half
an Hour from his falling into it10s..6r
To those who get a Man out of the Water and bring him
to the Hospitals within Half an Hour from his falling 10s.6r
To those who get a Man out of the Water and bring him
to the Hospital within an Hour after his falling in 5s/3r
To those who get a Man out of the Water and bring him
to the Hospital within an Hour after his falling in 5s/3r
To those who bring him to the Hospital within two
Hours from his falling into the Water5s/3r

If the same Persons both get Him out of the
Water and bring him to the Hospital they shall be
entitled to both Premiums

If the Persons carried to the Hospital without
Signs of Life should there be brought to Life again the
People who get Him out of the Water and brought him
to the Hospital shall be entitled to a further reward
of two Guineas to be divided among them

We will provide the necessary Instruments
and give the proper Directions for treating such as
may be brought under then Circumstances to the Hospital
and will on all such Occasions withingly give our Attendence
