dings therein since the last Annual General Court held the 5th
August 1772.

We have Granted Leases to the following Persons

Four Houses in the Tents /late on Lease to Ann Cracktom< no role > for the
Term of Fifty One Years from Laday 1775 at the clear yearly rent
of £10.10 and to layout £750 in Building Five New Houses

Core 7th Thomas
Grant

To Thomas Richardson Core< no role > an additional Term
of Twenty one years to his present Lease (of Two Houses in Front
in St. Thomas's Street and Four in Beanhouse Court ) which with
Expire at Michaelmas, 1788 at the clear yearly rent of £20.
