Chose Butler

Joseph Rowbotham< no role > late Butler and Brewer to this
Hospital being Dead We thought Expedient in future to keep the said
places seperate and to abolish the Perquisites of Yeast Grains & Swillings
which formerly belonged to the Brewer. We have therefore appointed
John Beard< no role > late Porter of the Back Gate to the Office of Butler To
held the same during the pleasure of the Grand Committee at a Salary of £
60. P Ann with the House appointed for the Butler to live in
Bread Beer Coals and Candles for which he is to serve the Bread &
Beer to Measure and Weight the Matt & Hops for the Brewer to
dispose of the Grains Yeast & Swillings and give an Account there
of to the Receiver for the use of the Hospital and to see that the
Brewhouse is properly Condacted

We have likewise Appointed William Corns< no role >
Brewer in the Room of the said Joseph Rowbotham during
the pleasure of the Grand Committee at a Salary of £42 P Ann
but to receive no perquisites except Loading Bread Beer Coals Can
dles and the usualy allowance for Geinding the Matt and he is to
Assist the Butler in delivering out the Beer

We have chosen Roger Wolfe< no role > late one of the Beadles
Porter of the Back Gate in the room of the said John Beard with
the usual Salary and Perquisited

And we have appointed John Morrison< no role > Beadle in the room of the said Roger Wolfe

We have Ordered Green Staves to be sent to
