Subscriptions were recommended
by Mr: President towards defraying the great charge
and expence of this Hospital

Mr: President acquainting the Court
that the occasion of calling the same, was to choose an
Assistant Physician to this Hospital in the Place of
Dr. Russell lately chosen Physician in the room of
Dr. Reeve, who had Resigned.

Dr Hadley chosen
Assistant Physician


The Court proceeded to the choice of an
Assistant Physician in the place of the said Dr: Russell
and the Petition of Dr . John Hadley< no role > ; (who was the only
Petitioner) being read praying tobe admitted Assistance
Physician to this Hospital in the place of the said Dr.
Russell. The said Dr. Hadley was unanimously chosen
to the said Place To hold the same during the pleasure
of this Court And he was called in and acquainted
with his Election.
