And to John Sankey< no role > our Tenant of Hastingleigh
Farme in Kent a new Lease thereof 21 Years from Michas
1755 at a clear of £60. and a Fine of £250.

The Clerk has held Courts for the Manors of Alvethly
in Essex and Crosson in Kent

We have ordered a convenient Part of the Hospital
to be prepared for the Reception of Patients who shall be taken with
the small Pox after their Admission into the Hospital

We have Agreed with Henry Roberts< no role > Carpenter to
rebuild three small Tenements in St. Thos. Parish for £340.

We taking Notice that Mr. Jonathan Welch< no role > Steward
of this Hospital hath behaved himself diligently for the year past do
recommend it to this Court that he may have a Gratuity of Ten Pounds
paid him by Mr. Treasurer

We have order'd Green Staves to be Sent to the follow-
ing Gentlemen as proper Persons to be Governors of this Hospital
Viz.
