The Clerk acquainted this Court that since the
last General Court there had been divers Charitable Dona-
tions from several of the Governors of this Hospital Vizt.

Subscriptions being recommended by Mr. Presidt.
towards defraying the great Charge and Expence of this Hospl.

The Gentlemen after Named were pleased to Subscribe
the following Sums Vizt.

Rt. Hon. George Earl of Macclesfield addr. Gift £50.
Mr. Miles Nightingale< no role > 50.

Mr. President then acquainted the Court that the
immediate Occasion of calling the same was to Choose a
Rector of Great Parndon in the County of Essex in the
Room of the Revd. Mr. Dyde deceased.

And thereupon this Court proceeded to the Choice of a
proper Person to succeed him And the Petitions of the Revd . Mr.
James Allenson< no role > , Mr. William Day< no role > and Mr. Robert Fowler
being presented to this Court and read severally praying
to be chosen Rector of the said Parish And being severally
put in Nomination it appear'd that the Revd . Mr. Robert
Fowler
< no role > had a Majority of hands & he was called in and
acquainted with his Election

Ordered That an Instrument Presentation do
forthwith pass the Seal and be delivered to the said Mr.
Fowler in order to his Institution and Inductions
