The Minutes of the last Genl. Court
held the 21st. of March last were read & approved

The Report of the Grand Committee
of their proceedings since the last Annual Genl. Court held
the 12th July 1749 was read and is as follows Vizt.

To the Right Worshipful the General
Court of the Governors of St Thomas's
Hospital

We the Grand Committee appointed for
the Management of the Affairs of this Hospital do
report our Proceedings therein since the last Annual
Genl. Court held the 12th of July 1749.

We have granted Leases to the following
Persons Vizt.

to Geo. Townsend


To George Townsend< no role > two Houses on
Snowhill for 21 years from Michs 1749 at a clear yearly
Rent of £20.

Robt. Scott


To Robert Scott< no role > one House in Harp
Row for 7 years from Michs 1749 at a clear yearly Rent
