and 20 Ash trees and 30. Pollards at Orpington

were decaying Ordered them to be felled and sold upon
such termes as Mr. Treasurer should think fit.

Mr. Casberd the Minister of St. Thomas's Parish
having applyed to us to remit the Arrears of rent due.
from him to this Hospital for the House wherein he
dwells which accrewed from Christmas 1722. and
amount after the rate of four Pounds eight Shillings
P Ann to £18.14s and that for the future he may
enjoy the said House rent free during the pleasure
of this Court We considering that his Fees and Perquisites
have been reduced since the Building of Mr Guys Hospl.
Recommend it to this Court to remit the said Arreares.
and to permit the said Mr. Casbord for the future to enjoy
the said House rent free during the Pleasure of this
Court.
Severall of the Houses belonging to this Hospital in
St. Sepulchre
's Parish without Newgate having been
lately destroyed by fire and the Tennants thereof
having applyed to us to add further termes to their
respective Leases as an Encouragement to rebuild in
a substantial manner We are of opinion that it will
befor the benefit of this Hospital to grant such further
termes upon reasonable Considerations on the Tennants
part But there being an Order of this Court that no
Lease shall be renewed nor any Addition all Terme
Granted by the Committee till within 3. years of the
expiration of the Old Leases (unless in the Parish of
St. Thomas)
and there being more than 3. years to come in
the several Leases of the Houses so burnt down we have
not come to any Agreement with the said Tennants But
