Tenant of a Farme att Parnedon bee abated to her whose Peticon
in this matter was referred by this Court to our consideracon

And it is ordered that the said report bee observed in all things
according to the true intent and meaning thereof.

Comittee to inquire whether
Hos: can't digg in the
Freehold lands of Tibshelfe


And it is referred unto the said Comittee That they cause
inquiry to bee made and Councill to bee advised with if they
think fitt whether this Hospitall as Lords of the Mannor
of Tibshelfe have not right to digg in the lands of the Freehold
Tenants for Coales and all sorts of mineralls.

Comittee to procure Subscripcons
for building Etc


And also it is referred to the Comittee to consider and
agree upon and for the rebuilding of this Hospitall or so
much of it as they think necessary and to order and direct
all matters relating thereunto and particularly to procure
Subscripcons towards defraying the charge and that they
make provision all the time the buildings bee in hand for
the entertainment of poore in the house as att other times.

to inspect Apothecaries
medicines.


Likewise it is referred to the said Comittee to consider and
report to this Court their opinions what [..] urse is best to bee
taken for inspecting the Apothecaries medicines from time to
time applied to the poore in the house that they may bee
good Etc.
