the House he occupies in Cheapside lately in Lease with
two other Houses to Edward Cole< no role > for a term of 21 years
from Michaelmas last at a rent of £60. P Annm.
clear of the Landtax and all other Taxes Mr.
Stanton doing the Repairs specified in an Account
thereof signed an delivered by him to the Surveyor
to the Surveyors Approbation before Michaelmas
next But in case the Repairs are not done by that
times this Agreement to be said.
