The Minutes of the last Grand
Committee held the 7th. of this instant April
were read & confirmed

Mr Treasurer acquainted the
Committee that Mr Baker one of the Surgeons
of this Hospital recomended Mr John Daniel< no role >
one of his Pupils as a fit person to have a
Certificate which was agreed to accordingly

Mr Abraham Jordan< no role > deliver'd a
proposall in Writing whereby he offer'd to Convey
his Freehold Estate of the yearly value of £30
P annum contiguous to the Houses he now
rents of the Hospital to the use of the Hospital
charged with the payment of 20 shill P ann
for over to the Charity School of St Georges
Southwark upon the following Terms vizt.
That the Hospital do immediately upon the
Conveyance of the sd. Estate Grant a Lease to
him of his said Freehold premises & of the
Hospital premises now in Lease to him for
the Term of 53 Years to commence from
Lady day last at the yearly Rent of £6
P Ann, and to Rebuild the whole premisses
both the Hospital & the Freehold at his own
Expence Which proposall the Comittee took
time to Consider of
