The Minutes of ye. last Grand Com-
mittee. held Octr. 2d last were read & Confirmed.

Dr. Avery reported from ye Committee
appointed to examine Mr Matthews Bills of
Fees & Disbursements; That they had accordingly
examined ye. sd. Bills which amounted to
£807..16..8; yt. there had been paid at sundry
times £431; so yt. these remained due to
Ball. £376.16.8 which ye. Committee, in
respect of several Mistakes & Overcharges had
reduced to £320 which had been pd. by Mr
Treasurer to Mrs. Matthew ye Widow & Repre-
-sentative of ye. sd. Mr Matthew: & yt. she had
accepted ye. same in full Satisfaction of ye sd.
Bills & all Demands on ye. Hospitall

Mr Casberd appointed
to bury the Patients
in ye new burying
Ground

Mr. Casberd ye. present Minister
of St. Thomas's Parish was appointed by this
Committee to bury ye Patients yt shall dye in
this Hospitall in ye new burying Ground during
the Pleasure of this Committee

Mr Treasurer acquainted ye
Comittee; yt. ye. Govrs. of Christs Hospital had
demanded a Rent from this Hospital in
respect of yt. part of ye Compting House & Yard
held with Mr Baxter's House near Cheapside
Conduit, as belonging to yt. Hospitall their
Lease to Mr Oldecop being expired

Ordered yt. ye. Clerk do agree
with ye. Govrs. of Christs Hospitall on ye best
Terms he can concerning their sd. Demand.
