The Clerk acquainted this Committee that
John Clark< no role > who lately Agreed for a Lease of
a Small Farm at Tibshelf is dead and
Richard Clark< no role > his Brother is desirous to
take the Farm or the same terms and
Mr Richardson has woote that he is like to
make a good tenant

Mr Richardson to agree with the said
Richard Clark< no role > to Let him the Lease
instead of his said deceased Brother
