Minutes of last Grand Committee held 27th
July read & approved

Mr Trear acquainted this Committee that
Mr Wm Cronker< no role > who held the house late Sempils
in the Old Baily at £24 P Ann at will having absconded
& lock'd up the House And appearing to be
insolvent Mr Trear Agree'd in August last
to let the same to one Edwd. Armourer at
the same rent from Michas last for one
Year certain & a half years warning And
the Clerk has taken a Bond of Cronker for
£28 which was due for rent.

Fawethers
Annuity

The Clerk acquainted this Committee
that he had caused distress to be made upon
the tenant of the Lands charged with Mr
Fawethers Annuity And that a bill in
Chancery is Exhibetd by one Beatrice Cockshed< no role >
one of the said Teneants to which he has cause
an appearance to be given & be spoke a Copy
of the bill

Ordere'd That the Clerk do proceeded
a Copy of the said bill & Prepare an Answer to
the same
