Minutes of last Grand Committee held to,
10th instant read & approved

It being consider'd by this Committee
that it would be for the Service of this Hospital
to sell a Long Annuity of £98 P Ann which
was devised by Richard Uphill< no role > Esqr , and lay
out the produce in a purchase of a Real
Estate.

Order's That the Clerk do Advise
with Counsel Whether it is in the power of the
Governors of this Hospital to sell of the said
Annuity.

Agreed with Mr. Tho. Smith< no role > of Cambridge
to let him a Lease of the Premisses he now hold at
Mildreth for 21 years from the expiration of
the present Lease on the same Covenants at
£4: 10: 0 P Ann clear rent & £60 Fine
to be paid on Sealing the Contract
