The Clerk acquainted this Committee that
that Mr Finch has Shewd him Several Copys of
Court Rolls that make out his Title to his
Copy hold purchased of Mr. Foreman and laying
Contiguous to the Hospital Ground in
Jerusalem Court at Hackney which Copys
the Clerk apprehends Shew no right in the sd.
Mr. Finch to the Ground lying behind his house
now held by Mr Geary the Corn Chandler
whereon a Granary has been erected and and
which is clamed by this Hospital

Mr Treasurer acquainted this Committee
that Mr. Brown the Hospital Tenant of the
Bowling Green House of Hackney has desired
Liberty to Plow up a Piece of Ground cont abt.
4 Acres lying between the little field calld the
Sand Pit field and Mourning Lane and upon
enquiring into the Nature and Condition of
that Ground it is thought reasonable to Let
the said Ground be Plowed for 3 or 4 Years
the tenant then Laying down the same with
Grass and so to Continue it for the residue of
the term she has therein

Order'd That a License be given to the said
Mrs. Brown to Plow the said Ground not exceeding
4 Years She Agreeing to Lay down the same
with Grass at the end of the said 4 Years
