that there appered great incoveniences to arise
from such long intervals in the holding those Courts
which the said Committee are of Opinion should
be held every other Year or at least once within
three Years

The Clerk Acquainted this Committee that
he had taken Mr Ryders Opinion upon the
question about an Impropriators right to the
Tyth or Pollard Trees cleft into firewood and
laid the last & Opinion before this Committee
whereby it appears that such Wood is not
Subject to Tyth

Mr Baxters
Complaint


Mr. Baxter Tenant of the Bell & Ball at
the upper end of Cheapside attended and
Complained that a Demand was made of his
Compting house or some part of it and a Small
Yard as belonging to Christs Hospital of which
he was not Acquainted when he Agreed with
Mr. Edwards (the late Tenant) to take the House
Mr Edwards also Attended and Admitted there
is some Small part belonging to some other
Hospital

Mr. Treasurer Mr Mee & Mr Hollister are
desired to meet at Mr. Baxters house and
examine into that matter

The Clerk acquainted this Commitee that the
President having mentioned one Mr. Carver
at Chesterfield as a fit person to enquire into
the Nature Condition of the Cole Works at
Tibshelf and he the Clerk had wrote to the
said Mr Carver with the Presidents approbation
