Committee for View did Yesterday View the
Several Houses in the Old Baily
and Black
and White Court
& Fleet Lane
out of
Lease.
That the House in Mr Ferris tenure
is in so bad Condition that Mr. Dance is
fully of Opinion it must be furth with
rebuilt That the house in Sempil tenure
is in a bad Condition but Mr. Dance thinks
that it may be Sufficiently repatr'd to let on
a new Lease
That a house late in Lease to Sr
