Corner House, on the East side of the New Street in St.
Thomas's parish, late in possession of Obadiah Thomas< no role > , and
now ofClarke Shoemaker , as Tennant at Will, at £8. p
Amm, and now much out of Repaire, To give £4. p Annn, Tax
Free, and a Fine of £12. and to lay out what shall be necessary to
put the sd. House into good & substantiall Repaire, and so keep
the same during the Lease.

Ordered to be further Consider'd at next Comittee
and when this House is lett, it is the Opinion of the
Comittee, That the Lease should be made to expire
at Lady day 1755, which is the time that Mrs.
Spanns Lease of the adjoyning Houses will expire,
This being abt. 10 Years longer, than Mr. Hubbard
asks a Lease for, He should advance in proporcon
in the Fine & Rent.

The Report dated the 7th. instant from the Sub. Comittee
appointed to New & Treat & agree for new Leases of our Farces
& Woods at parndon & Helious Bumpsted in Essex, whereof
the Leases are Expired or near Expiring, and to make such
alteratons or addicons in or to the Farmes & Buildings in
parndon as they should Judge proper, and also to hold Courts
for our Mannors Essex & Cambridgeshire , and at Crofton in
Kent, and to View the Estate at Ellestry in Cambridgeshire , The
Revercon whereof, after the Death of Mrs. Rebeccah Mason< no role > was
given by Dr. Williams between this Hospitall & the London Work
House, which Report is [..] Signed by Mr. Treasurer , Mr. Kenrick, Mr. [..]
Monck & Mr. Lessingham, was now read & well liked & approved
by this ComiteeAnd the Agreemt. menconed in the sd. Report
to be made with William Single< no role > , for a Lease of the Demestices of the
Manmors of pardon, Gerons & parndon Katherines, and of the
Lands & House & Barne, lately held by Thomas Quarned Tre [..]
all lying in parndon aforesd. was approved of & agreed to.

And the Sub. Comitee informing this Comitee, That Mr.
Brett, the Tennt. of Katherines Deines< no role > & Quarnes Lands
which he held only from Yeare to Yeare of this Hospital [..]
whose time expired at Michas last, and with whom the [..]
Sub. Comitee first Greated for a Lease, but had no [..]
