St: Thomas's Pish , by reason only of his Habitacon
in the sd House, which hath been built for him is
the Succeeding Trears, within the Scile fo this
Hospitall, and desired the Opinion of the Coi [..]
whether he ought to pay the same or not,
whereupon is Ordered that this Matter be
Considered at the next Comittee, and Mr. Trear
is directed in the meane time not to pay
either of the sd Rates, and if any Distresse be
made for non paymt: that the Charge of Defending
the same, be borne by the Hospll:

Mr. Cook our Tennt. of severall parcells of
Land at Hackney in Middx , praying Lycence to plow
a Small Close cont about One Here & an halfe
lyeing upon the South East side of Shore House in
Hackney aforesd, the some being Bound, and
Yeilding very little Profitt by Grasse, & alleadging
that the same will be much better for Paslure
after it has been Plowed, Which being Considered
This Comittee gave her Leave to Plow the same
for Five Yeares from Michas last, She Agreeing
that the same Shall then be Laid downe flatt
& Even without Ridges, and that it shall be
well Dunged every yeare She Plows the same &
also when tis laid downe.

Mr: Job proposed £25: for a New Lease for 21:
Yeares from Midsomr: 1710: at £1:2s. P Ann:
fro Two Small Tenemts: next Gleane Alley Gate
in Sr: Thomas's Lett at abt. £12: P Ann: which
the Comittee refused.
