by One of their Members here present
That since the last Comittee, he Mett the sd
Mr: Fryer, and inquiring of him why he did
not Appeare at that Comittee, touching his
sd Proposall in the Generall Court He Replyed
that he did not know the Pticulers of the
Estate, and that he was put upon making
the sd Proposall by some other Person,
or to that effect, This Comittee think they
have just reason to conclude, that the sd
Mr. Fryer declines his sd proposall.

And this Comittee having well Considered
of the Value of the Estate, and the sd
Capt: St: Eloy having at the last Comittee
& this Comittee, been pressed to inlarge
the Fine offered by him, but still insisting
that, [..] what he has offered is the
out most he will give, and that no more
can reasonably be expected of him, considering
the Nature & Value of this Estate, This
Comittee were Unanimously of Opinion
That a Lease [..] should be Granted him
upon the Terms [..] Reported to the
last Generall Court, and that this be
to Reported to the next Generall Court And Mr.
Trear desired to waite the resident to desire him to appears a Court
with all convenient Meed Capt St: Eloy including this Spring To make some Improvmts: on the prmises by Buildings.

Ordered that at the next Comittee, a
proper Method be considered to restraine the
Keeping of any Patient in this Hospitall by
the Doctors or Surgeons above Three Months
without laying the Reasons before the Trear
& Govrs. To hers in, in Writing under their
