heighth with that part thereof which is next Joyners Street and
shall then be Continued and slept an at the mutuall Charge of the
said Governrs., and the sd Thomas Joyner< no role > his Heires or Assignes or his or
their Undertenants, Who shall likewise at their Mutuall Charge
repaire amend & maintaine the Brickwork of the sd Sewer and
the Arch over it from time to time as Occasion shall repaire.

13o: Febr: 1707:


That the Sume of Five pounds towards the Charge of
making the sd Fence and of reduceing the same to an equall
heigth as aforesd shall be paid to the sd Govrs. by the said
Martha Leeds< no role > .

That all Windowes & Lights now made in any part of the
Hosptl. Buildings looking into or upon any gt of the Estate of the
said Thomas Joyner< no role > , And all Windowes & Lights now made in any of
the Buildings belonging to the said Thomas Joyner looking into or
upon any part of the Ground of the said Hospll. shall or may
remaine & Continue at all times hereafter in the same manner
as they are now made or Used without any hindrance or Intermt
of or by the sd Govts. or their Succers Or of or by the sd Thomas Joyner< no role >
his Heires or the sd Martha Leeds< no role > her Eperts Adms. or Assignds
or any of them respectively [..] .

On the Back of which Agreemt there is Indorsed, the
Memd. following vizt.

Memd. Mr. Breads geare who Acts for Mrs. Leeds was desired by
the Govrs. to have the Wooden Building a care the Fence pulled downe
to prevent Danger by Fire, and he promised to Use his best Endeavour
with Mrs. Leeds that it should be so.

Which sd Agreement this Comittee well liked &
approved of, And Ordered that One part thereof
being Executed by the sd Mr. Joyner & Mrs: Leeds
Another part thereof be Signed for the Govers
by the Clarke of this Hospitall.

And whereas £5: is incerted in the sd Agreemt. to be
paid by Mr: Leeds towards the Charge of the Fence, it
is referred to Mr. Trear to take such lesse same as
he shall this & fitt, towards that Charge.
