next to Mr. Rydoubts upon part of which, two
Small Old Tenements are now standing
for Fifty One Years from Michas next
at Seven pounds fourteen Shillings P Ann.
for the last Fifty Years and A pepper Corne
for the First yeare of the sd Terme. He
is to layout Five hundred Pounds in Building
Four or more New Substantiall Brick Houses
on the sd Ground within three years from
this time Three Storeys high in Front
but not backward. Fronted with grey Stock
Bricks. and Cellars under the fire parts. So
much of the sd Ground is to be left for
the New intended Street as shall be Sett
out by the Trear & any Two Governors.

Mr. Trear accquainting this Comittee, that
some of the Sisters in this Hospll. were so dissabled
by Age & other Infirmityes, that they were
unfitt for further Service, The Sisters of
Abraham, Job, Lydia, & Jonahe. Wards< no role > were
Sent for & Examined, and Mr. Matron was
likewise seal for & Examined touching the
sd Sisters; And the Sisters of Abraham &
Job
< no role > 's Wards appearing to this Comittee to be
in capable of [..] further Service in their Wards
both being very Aged, and One Lane & the
