Agreed with James Harrison< no role > that he have his Lease
made up 21. yrs from Michmas 1696. there being 15.yrs. to
come in his present Lease in cons: of a fine of 100. Guineys
to be paid the. 1st. Novembr. next & the old rent of £30. &
he to pay the quitt rent of £3.18s.8d.

A report to the Gewall Court read

Humphry Brook< no role > 's wife to have 20s. given her by Mr.
Richardson as from this house. for her husbands former Service
about the Cob [..] at Tibslelfe.

The ground of the houses late Swannells & Bates agreed
to be fitt place for burying of poore that die on the
house. And that the poore yt. are buried there Shalbe
buried in Coffins,

That where more than one can be so buried in one Grace
Sone boards Shalbe laid over each Coffin with dark upon it
untill the brave be full & not to be uncovered while it is
unfilled.

That a day be appointed to inspect the Workmens bills p day [..]
Glasiers bill passed P 14.18.0

That 2. dor: of Turkey work chairs be bought

The wall adjoyning to Mr. Balaams house to be considered by
