Mr Fuller declared his election of Lease for 31 Yeares
Perrin Ferres the Lease of atemt in St Tho: pish in ye tenure of
Daniel Barnes< no role > for 31: yeares fro Lady dair next Pt 44 &
afmr of £10 in hand

Mr Tho: Cooke< no role > of Hockinse proposall read Cotee. told him it agt their rule
untill the [..] be within 3 yeares Expiring
to Left Land for above 21 yeares but if upon [..] meane part be found
fitt to be Left for building they will consider of setting that part upon
reasonable termes to enourage building

The Cotee thinke fitt that when this lease be treated about Mr Forman
who hath built or Some he claimed under have built fordall houses
upon pt of the seased prmisses shal be heard P

13: oakes & 9: ashes fitt to be selled in the woods called High brooke in at Or pington
to be sold ye next Season, and two Small frees to be allowed to
the tennant Mr Rickley for some repaires in poss & sences

Mr Hughes the Hospitaler desired an allowance of 2s 4d a weeke toward
maintenace of a maid Servant ; and the question being put he Should
have it till next Genall Cort it was carried in ye negative

Complaint agt Mr Cowling that he neglect reading price Mr Trear is
desired to admonish him [..]

Ordered that Mr Ambrose Tompson< no role > have 4 mo: Salary be paid to him
for officiating as Surgeon from Michas to 20 Janry 1692; in room
of Mr Smith deceased.

1694: at the old Rent of Ten pounds and the Covenants as in
former Lease for repaires Etc except as to ye new building and
for a five of three hundred pounds vizt £100 prsently, £100
at Lady 1694 and £100 at Lady daie 1695, and to be bound to
new build ye dairy house & Kitchin [..] 10 yeares

AnnWelding< no role > shall have a lease of the house sh [..] in a
ye roome taken out ye building & used by Sr Wm Gostling< no role > for 21 yeares
from Lady daie next Rent £23

John Camden< no role > have ye roome for 40s a yeare
