Land tax; is thos for his can Premises is for the Wood, Let the letter
should not have been pleased against [..] his Accot. The two Article to him
I suppose well infulence be united, & the same of stockeld.

Sir

I am derected by the Treasurer to inform you that an
Insurance for 7 Years has lately been made out he fames
Buildings Etc in your Occupation which cost £21.10.for
which Seem you will, by the first convenient Opportunity
make him a Remittance. I have to observe that last may
you paid £19.11.5 for Insurance, but that was made in the
Year 1792 & through Negh [..] you had not been applied to
first, which makes the Present Claim come so quick upon you
The former Policies had expired some Months ago, but as see
damage has ensued, the delay in receiving has so for been
a Saving to you.

I duly reced years of the 8th. covering a Bill Value Three hundred &
twenty Pounds £320. which is placed to your Credit.

The Abatement, or rather Compensation to Stocheld was to let
him have the Savoy feild without any Increase of rent, only his
paying all Taxes, holding the same as Well or during his occupy &
all her Premises, so that his Rent will remain £150 clear: it may
be proper to agree with him the Sum to insure at, this will
prevent desputes. As to Fagell, the Abatement was £5 a Year
for the last six Years if he continues. I have spoke to Mr. Cromwell
about Mr. Willingstall, we think of his paying half, he will tell
him so, or you may. You will remember wher I have before
said when you settle with Looker, & dont forget to stir up
Richells about his Insurance. Goscods premisis are lately
inserted, of which he has had Accot. she should directly remat
the Account. do Fulbourn & Tevenham farms adjoin: aptan
seems to be very proper. Mr. Cromwell will do something about a
Court it Nithhall, & put [..] some others, & we have f [..] to told a
