IAcknowledge reced the Accot ofYour Favour of the 20th instant
and infivea firm Dependance on your promise that [..]
No Attempt will be made to pass the Bill
further shall be done in the affairthis Session [..] the Governors
of the Hospital will Suspend any Steps to Opposethe Billtit for
the present

In Case of any future proceedings I apprehend they will
In a Great acceasure Refer their Interest to the care of Mr Watson whose thorough
knowledge of the Estate, as well as his Connection with it
as their Tenant, Sufficiently Qualifye him for that purpose

In this View I must desire you will Inform him of every
future Occurrence relative to the affair and dare say
You will find him to Act Consistently & with Candourbehave Suitable to his Character as a
Gentleman
