Mr. Skingle

I See Mr Dodson lately, and he shewed me an Assignment
from Quarne to him of the Hospitall Lease; So that he has a Right
to Enter, and haveing done So, The Growing rent will be thereby
Secured.

As to the Straw, you may agree for it with Mr. Dodsons Tennant,
or if he went buy it, it must be removed to Some other place till
it can be sold. I am perswaded you'l meet with no Difficulty
about it from Mr Dodson. He haveing assured me that he would
do nothing that may be any way Prejudiciall to the Hospitall

I have Searched the Rolls of Taylfers, and can't find that
William Adams has any Copy hold Land in that Mannor, And
am pretty well Satisfyed he has nothing there but Free hold.
He has some Coppyhold in Gerons; you know the Coppy holders
of that Manner. Adams Served alwayes on the Homage
At Taylfers, only as a Freehold Tennant. I wish you a happy
new yeare and am.
