You forgett promises; There is now Three years Rent
due to the Hospitall, besides about Thirty pounds for the Quitt
Rents: If the whole is not paid within a Week or 10 dayes at
furthest; Either a Distresse or an Ejectment will imediately
follow for your Rent; And an Action for the Quitt Rents.
The Hospitalls Occasions for money are such, That these Arreares
must be forthwith Cleared, and you must make punctuall payments
Halfe yearly for the future

There was a years Rent due at Michas last for Quarnes
Farme (vizt) £5:10s: upon the Lease which then expired, and
10s: without Lease. Mr. Treasurer desires you would
Imediatley goe and demand this money at the House and if
not paid, That you would make a Distress for the £5:10s: for
One yeares Rent due to the Governors of St. Thomas's Hospitall
at Michas last upon Lease. And another Distresse for
the 10s: due then for Three Roods of Land, which were part
of the Hamers Land; But this last Distresse should be made
upon the Three Roods if any thing be there, And if not, then
make no Distress for it. As to the other Distresse lett an
Inventory be made, and the Goods removed to your House. And
so Act in all other Respects as upon the former Distresse;
