and Returned a true Bill against this
Deponent for an Assault on the said William

, he this Deponent was thereon taken
up and bound over to appear and Answer
to such Indictment at the present Sessions
And this Deponent further saith that he
did on Thursday the twenty eighth day of
November last pay to the said William
Roffey the Sum of Six Shillings and eight
pence and the next day Friday he gave a
Supper to the said William Roffey< no role >
and Friend
which was agreed to be and was taken by the sd.
