the last June Session held in and for the [..] County of

Middlesex
pursuant to Recognizance entered into for
that purpose a Bill of Indictment was preferred and found
against the above named Defendant for keeping and maintaining
a certain common illgoverned and disorderly House in the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
and Bench Warrant
was obtained thereon but the Defendant soon after
quitted the House in Question, as this Deponent hath
been informed and believes to be true and hath therefore
not been taken on the said Warrant.
