Received this 28 October 1799 of the above Dependant the Sum of Three Pounds thirteen
Shillings and six pence being a Compansation for an Assault by him committed on the above
named Prosecutrix with all Costs and charges incurred or sustained in or about the above
Prosecution and in full of All assaults Keep asses Damages claims and demands whatsoever
which I now have can or may have against the aforesaid Thomas Brown< no role > at my
time herefore up to this day
