William Parry< no role > late of Westminster Labourer for unlawfully conspiring
and agreeing together to deceive and defraud the
Governors and directors of the poor of the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square of One Chaldron of Coals
of the Val of 44sh. And in pursuance of such
Conspiracy (others having a certain Ticket or Certificate
in their Possession made by one John Clotworthy< no role >
a Coal Meter for 20 Chaldrons of Coals) falsely
Fraudulenty and deceitfully did alter and cause and
procure to be altered the said Ticket by obliterating
and erasing the Figure or Cypher "O" in the said
Number 20 so written upon the said Ticket and
falsely making and forging and [..] causing and
procuring to be falsely made and forged upon the
said Ticket the figure 1 after the said figure 2 and
in lieu of the said Figure or Cypher O before written
upon the said Ticket By means whereof the said
Ticket so altered falsely dended that the said
Coals amounted to 21 Chaldrons; And in further
pursuance such Conspiracy falsely & deceitfully
delivering and causeing to be delivered to the said
Governors and directors the said 20 Chaldrons of
Coals as and for 21 Chaldrons of Coals and falsely
and deceitfully publishing and causing to be published
the said Ticket so altered, as and for a true Ticket
of the Quantity of Coals so delivered on the 10th day
of July last
