Labourer for Assaulting Thomas Job Mowbray< no role > and
unlawfully Imprisoning him against his Will: without
any legal Warrant, or Authority, for the space of Ten
hours, and until he the said Thomas Job Mowbray
to be enlarged and set at liberty had delivered to the
said William Townsend< no role > , a certain Order for the
payment of 12s/6d which Sum he falsely pretended and
alledged to be then due from the said Thomas Job
Mowbray to him the said William Townsend< no role > , for
the hire of a hackney Coach; well knowing that no
Sum of Money whatever was then due from the said
Thomas Job Mowbray, to him for the hire of a
Hackney Coach; or on any other Account; on the 1st.
day of September last.
